I worked as a freelance technical artist/animator for Spiral Game Studios (now known as Trek Industries) over a period of 7-8 months. I worked closely with the designer and lead programmer to ensure the smooth implementation of art assets as well as the rigging of a wide range of art assets.
Tasks on Orion Prelude included.
- Rigging of characters, creatures, vehicles and weapons
- Setup of character art assets in UE3
- Creation of LOD’s for most assets
- Shader creation
- Experimental mobile port of the game
- Creation of some promotional images for a PAX demo
